About the founder
Sergio A. Semmoh is the founder and CEO of Resourceful Real Estate & Construction.
His entrepreneurship is shaped by life experiences that led to a strong mission and a
purpose-driven way of working.
Personal Story
After losing their home, Sergio lived with his mother and sisters in a small storage room in Paramaribo, and later with family in Saramacca. What began as a period of uncertainty became the foundation for his vision on housing, construction, and responsibility.
